We went to Bay Ridge congregation this morn. Harold and Lillian whom we met doing street witnessing invited us. We took the bus and only walked about 4 blocks all together. The congregation wss very friendly...several Bethelites in the cong. What a blessing. The wt conductor was Br. Robert Alexander a bethelite. He has come and visited at Woodburn as guest speaker and knows ones from the Lisbon english cong. They were all very welcoming.
After we stopped at Damascus Gate on 5th and 68th. Just a small place but great food. Plus the owner insisted on giving us a ride w delivery man...he deli ered us before he delivered the food. I tried to get a picture of a poster but it didn't turn out...it offered "CPR upon request". I decided to get that next time!
We are now doing laundry and tomorrow e are having lunch at Bethel before we head to the airport...Portugal he we come
